It's Been A Long Day...

Thursday & Friday have been a long day for me. They've blurred into one. On Thursday I woke up at 5:30 am, as usual, and today it's Friday night at 9:00 pm and I still haven't gone to sleep. I stayed up all night to watch Pope John Paul II's funeral ceremony and KTLA replayed a special featuring his visit to Los Angeles in 1987. He is really out of our sight now, forever perhaps, but he is not out of our hearts and minds. It was amazing to see so many people of so many faiths and so many countries gathered to honor a wonderful soul. I must get some rest now. Hopefully things will begin to look up for everyone!
