Los Angeles, CA (November 5, 2008) – Flex recently announced the release of his upcoming new album titled “La Evolucion Romantic Style,” which will hit U.S. stores nationwide on January 27, 2009. He is also scheduled to perform his chart topping hit song “Te Quiero” at the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards with Pop Superstar Belinda. The Latin Hip-Hop star has been nominated in two categories, including; Best Urban Music Album, “Te Quiero” and Best Urban Song, “Te Quiero.” The 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards are set for Nov. 13th at Toyota Center in Houston and will broadcast live on the Univision Network from 8 - 11 p.m
In early 2008, Flex released his first U.S. album “Te Quiero” which landed him a spot on Billboard's Top 200 and at #5 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums category. It went on to ship more than half a million copies worldwide. The single “Te Quiero” maintained the #1 spot on Billboards Hot Latin Tracks for 20 straight weeks, #1 on Billboard’s Urban Charts for 14 weeks and #1 on Billboard’s Tropical Charts for 8 weeks. He also collaborated with national superstar Belinda to produce a special remix edition of “Te Quiero” which also become an International hit.
